The all aspect report chases stories from neighborhoods to capitals. We look for patterns and playbooks.
My name is Christopher LeGras. I started the all aspect report in 2019 as an independent voice in California and nationwide. I’m a policy analyst, journalist, writer, and (recovering) lawyer. I’ve worked with and represented clients ranging from Global 100 corporations and venture capital firms to Hurricane Katrina survivors, veterans, and low income public school students My journalism has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Daily News, The Boston Globe, The Orange County Register, New Geography, The Recorder, CityWatch, Reason, L.A. Journal, and elsewhere. Among other issues I write about homelessness, education, infrastructure, transportation, law, and planning and development. I am an active member of The Los Angeles Press Club.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Political Economy and History from Boston College and my law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law. I served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
As a fifth generation Californian, I am especially passionate about the Golen State and the incredible people who live here.
